Victorius Oy is a North European fibre-reinforced plastic concern with an extensive category of products, with both it’s own and subcontracting products.
Subsidiaries of Victorius Group:
- Ykimuovi Finland Oy (est. 1981, Finland), manufactures a variety of products out of reinforced plastic, such as trailer covers, glass containers, technical utility room floor solutions, rowboats and out-door bathtubs.
- Rääkkylän Muovi Oy (est. 1970, Finland), manufactures site trailers and modular units according to standards SFS 5129 and 5130, as well as connecting, supervision and equipment huts, toilets and mobile homes (www.raakkylanmuovi.fi)
- Garant Finland Oy (est. 2005, Finland) is a leading provider of covers and accessories for pick-up trucks in Finland. (www.garant.fi)
- PLB Vindic Ab (est. 1978, Sweden), develops, markets and sells fiberglass covers, flat tops and accessories to pick-up trucks, sand boxes and windshields for trucks. PLB Vindic Ab has also a subsidiary in Germany. (www.vindic.se

- The companies have approx. 60 employees in total. Turnover 7 meur (2013).

The concern is owned by it’s operational management together with an investor group collected by Helmet Business Mentors Oy. The headquarters of the concern is located in Oulu, together with the office of Ykimuovi Finland Oy.
Victorius Oy has continued it’s expansion with company purchases by getting the whole stock of Rääkkylä Muovi Oy. Rääkkylä muovi has ever since 1970 manufactured fibre-reinforced plastic products in North Karelia, the most famous of which are different movable pause spaces and shelters. In connection with the trade, the executive director of Rääkkylä Muovi Oy Ari Hulkkonen has been nominated for the main planner of Victorius concern. He will in the future actively take part in the product development of all the FRP products of the concern.
